I have also served as CFO for middle-market companies in the U.S. and EMEA and frequently advise companies on fundraising and M&A transactions.
My background spans both transaction advisory and operating finance roles in technology companies. I began my career at Deloitte in New York, working with companies in the TMT sector, and later joined CohnReznick, where I supported 50+ middle-market M&A transactions, primarily in SaaS and IT services.
Today I help founders build a structured finance function that brings clarity, discipline, and investor readiness.
